Matillion Leadership Team

Dominik Jaworski is an enterprise software professional focused on instigating and delivering strategic process improvement and mission-critical projects to drive business-wide performance. Serving as the Chief of Staff at Matillion, a provider of data transformation software for cloud data warehouses, he works with his fellow executives to lead cross-functional initiatives throughout the business. Prior to joining Matillion, he served as a strategic project lead at software firms including Advanced and leading software investors including Hg Capital.

Dominik is a graduate of The University of Edinburgh where he received his Master’s degree in Business Studies and Economics before completing an MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona. He resides in London with his wife and enjoys motorcycling and classic cars in his free time.
