Markus Bauman is General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Matillion. Markus is a corporate attorney and worked at leading international law firms and investment banks, including Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. Prior to joining Matillion, Markus was a Partner and the Head of European Strategic Relations at Goodwin.

Markus has a keen interest the US and European tech and life sciences industries and is a frequent speaker and commentator on these subjects with publications like the FT, Bloomberg and Reuters.

Markus has a JD/MBA from the University of Illinois and lives in London with his family and two dogs.
