Shannah Van Winkle is a seasoned Customer Success executive with over 20 years of experience building and leading world-class customer-facing organizations. Currently at Matillion, the leading provider of data transformation software, she serves as the Chief Customer Officer, spearheading the company’s success management, support and professional services offerings that provide Matillion customers with a premium customer and product experience. Previously, she served in leadership roles at high-growth technology companies Rally and VictorOps, where she created Customer Success functions, with consistently best in class net retention performance across multiple geographies.
Shannah holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership and multiple certifications in Lean and Agile. She lives in Colorado with her family. In her free time, she enjoys parenting her two teenage children and connecting with family and friends in the great outdoors, at the CrossFit gym, and around the table.
