Tamar Elan is a People Executive with extensive experience in global, high-growth organizations (Early stage, Pre-IPO and Public companies).  She brings deep knowledge in designing people strategies, attracting and building talent and leadership capabilities, strategic mergers, integrations, organizational design, and change management processes.
Before joining Matillion, Tamar was the EVP of People at Versatile and Walkme and previously held senior HR leadership roles at Nova Measuring Instruments.

Tamar holds a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Tamar resides in the Bay Area of California with her husband, three kids, and their dog. She likes traveling, exercising, and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
