Matillion awarded UK’s Best Workplaces™ recognition
Denver and Manchester, England - April 28, 2022 – Matillion, the leading data integration platform, has been recognized as one of the UK’s 290 Best Workplaces™ (2022) by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture and ranked 10th in the Medium category.
The company’s outstanding culture of collaboration, transparency, and integrity is one of the key reasons employees love working at Matillion. The company prides itself on being a great workplace for each and every one of its team members, and that means treating employees with respect, kindness and trust whatever role they occupy, and whatever stage of their career they might be at.
The ”Best Workplaces” award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Matillion. This year, 94 percent of the company’s UK employees , as well as 91 percent of our US employees, said that Matillion is a great place to work, putting the firm 32 points above the average US company. 2022 marks the second year in a row that the business has been recognized, with it also placing in the top ten for UK’s Best Workplace™ for Wellbeing in the Medium size category earlier this year.

Great Place to Work® performed rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses, as well as Culture Audit™ submissions from leaders at each company, to determine the 2022 UK's Best Workplaces™ list. It then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies' employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience.
Those businesses that achieved the highest scores after evaluation received Best Workplaces™ status, with Matillion one of those chosen based on its culture and ethos.
