Matillion’s Response to COVID-19

To our valued Customers, Partners, and Suppliers,

As COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) continues to impact our global community, as CEO and founder of Matillion, I want to personally update you on the key steps we have already taken to help ensure the health and safety of our employees and the business’ continuity for all our global customers.

Based on guidance from the World Health Organization and various national health agencies worldwide, we have rapidly enhanced our business continuity planning with specific steps to account for the COVID-19 pandemic and related impacts.

Being a cloud-based technology company, you can rest assured that the performance of our solutions and the associated technologies they are deployed on will not be impacted. As the situation continues to develop, we have asked employees in both our U.K. and U.S. locations to work from home as a precaution. We are well equipped to accommodate this scenario as part of our business continuity planning and are also able to ensure we maintain the highest levels of customer service and support for our customers. All of our existing customer support and sales email, phone and web communications channels will work exactly as they always have.

With the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners at the center of our response plan and based on guidance from the World Health Organization, we have also made the decision to suspend employee travel, both international and domestic. Additionally, we have instructed employees to use our already existing virtual meeting technologies for both internal and external meetings as much as possible. Finally, we have made the difficult, but appropriate decision to either cancel or not participate in any industry events worldwide for the time being.

Matillion’s executive team and board continue to closely monitor, plan for and respond to the developing situation and will continue to follow in-country government advice as appropriate or as instructed.

We wish all of our customers, partners, suppliers and ecosystem colleagues best wishes and good health during this challenging time.
