Challenge

Emerald Award 2022 Winner, Juniper Networks, was undertaking a Customer Engagement Center project as part of a migration to Salesforce. The aim was to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience. For that, it needed a robust ETL tool that could connect and integrate with multiple source systems.

Solution

The company chose Matillion ETL for its out-of-the-box connectors, quick integration, ease of use, and unique features like Custom APIs. Using features like grid variables and query components, Juniper Networks can now pull data from multiple sources and upload it to Salesforce.

Results

Team members and analysts now have the data they need to understand customer needs more appropriately and improve overall efficiency.

In total, Juniper integrated data from five systems – Salesforce, Teradata, Oracle, SharePoint, and Agile – and increased data sync to near real time.
