Tim O'Neil

Tim O’Neil is a seasoned technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales and over a decade in senior leadership roles across both private and public companies.

At Matillion, Tim leads all revenue-related functions, overseeing go-to-market strategy and execution while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to accelerate company growth.

Prior to joining Matillion, Tim served as a three-time C-level revenue leader. He is best known for his impact in the data and analytics space, where he played a key role in scaling ThoughtSpot during its early growth phase and later guided Alation as Chief Revenue Officer through its most significant period of expansion.
