My one piece of advice to data leaders about AI is don't only think about all the places where AI will now need data. Think about that you need to manage where that data comes from and that this data gets generated and updated in a way that is fully governed, fully secure. That whole element of a central data team, of a central data warehouse still is hugely important, if not even more in the age of AI, and I think often gets overlooked today. Don't do that. It will come back to haunt you. My advice would definitely be start your first, POC. Start to look at using it in the areas where it's most mature because your competitors for sure already are.
